【北交所优化直连机制安排】4月17日讯，记者从相关渠道获悉，近日，北交所向券商下发了《关于直联机制优化安排有关事项的通知》。通知称，近期全国股转公司、北交所对直联机制部分工作安排进行了优化。通知表示，除战略性新兴产业领域外，支持和鼓励主营业务为未来产业领域的申请挂牌公司适用直联机制。支持和鼓励符合要求的国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业、制造业单项冠军企业适用直联机制，申请挂牌公司和主办券商无需就两类企业的主营业务是否属于战略性新兴产业或者未来产业领域进行论证。 #XM# #FXTM富拓# #TMGM#
