今天是来回挨打，原因是心静不下来，今天本来计划是高空低多的，高空执行的还行，低多由于自己心态太急没到位置进入市场被打止损。本来重仓0.5手在54挂单52止损的，后来看盘面又败于恐惧，本来计划是入场两次高空一次低多一次，又犯了频繁交易的毛病，还好最后在突破的行情中用0.1手截取了一部分利润抹平了今天的亏损，交易真的好难。
