ASIC取消Crown Wealth Group的AFS牌照，注意潜在风险！
日前，澳大利亚证券和投资委员会（ASIC）取消了皇冠财富集团有限公司（Crown Wealth Group Pty Ltd）的澳大利亚金融服务牌照，并将其置于自愿托管状态。
2024年3月13日，Salea Advisory的Sule Arnautovic被任命为Crown Wealth的自愿管理人。
根据《公司法》，如果被许可人正在接受管理或即将清盘，ASIC可以在不举行听证会的情况下暂停或取消AFS许可证。
在被取消之前，该许可证授权皇冠财富向零售和批发客户提供有关产品的建议，包括养老金、证券、存款和支付产品、管理投资计划和人寿产品的权益，并交易这些产品。
Crown Wealth有权向行政上诉法庭申请对ASIC的决定进行复审。
Crown Wealth自2017年3月28日起持有AFS许可证号494274。
