黄金：从12月冲高2144后探底回升、依托地缘政治＋美联储利率不确定性、围绕2035-2040分水岭宽幅震荡、下方支撑2000、上方大压力2070-2080
首先下跌趋势不变、反弹空和高空思路坚定不移、时间换空间目前市场等待机构重磅砸盘
接下来反弹2035逐步开空、反弹2055上方则是最好加仓机会、或许是未来8-10年绝佳高位
目前持仓短线等待2015/12、波段等待2002目标；
如果市场快速破位2000、则或快速到突破前期1975-1965支撑且下破19390/1900、迅速到1800或更低
原油：依托77-78分水岭、上方压力85、下方支撑70大区间震荡
目前72底仓多下一个目标78；回落72.5下方继续开多、反弹78.5上方逐步开空、83.5上方则是震荡顶部绝佳位置
