【实盘操作：以原油为例，因前日收十字线，所以判断早盘73.93-75.16区间震荡，选择高抛低吸，即上轨做空、下轨做多，等待晚盘突破区间选择新方向
（1）74.8区间中轨上破做多
（2）74.78接近区间上轨利用M头形态高抛
（3）74.53利用中轨同是M头颈线位下破做空
（4）74.83再次冲高区间上轨高抛（亏损原因：回落至箱体中轨未止盈离场）
（5）75.70突破震荡区间后出现乌云盖顶形态抓回调做空】
