我按照EX平台，邮件中要求： 做了视频录屏，上传了MT4电脑端的交易日志，MT4手机端的交易日志，皆是错误的，但我上传的视频证据，视而不见，厚颜无耻的，邮件回复说，一切正常
这是第一次邮件回复，收到邮件后，我又打了客服电话申诉， 我第2次电话申诉，1个小时后，又收到了相同的回复结果
现在只要是我的身份证号码注册的账户都无法正常交易了，但是换个身份证号码注册，就一切正常了
社区不让发视频，我抖音上有视频验证的信息，用我身份证号码，新邮箱注册账号，然后入金交易，一样是开不出单子了
