NAGA支付15万欧元，与CySEC就违规达成和解
塞浦路斯证券交易委员会 (CySEC) 上周五(12月29日)宣布，德国金融科技巨头NAGA Group旗下公司NAGA MARKETS EUROPE LTD (下称"NAGA")已支付15万欧元，就其在2021年1月至2022年4月间的多项违规行为与CySEC达成和解。NAGA持有塞浦路斯投资公司(CIF)牌照。
CySEC在公告中表示，根据案头审查及其它信息， NAGA在2021年1月至2022年4月间，在履行CIF持牌义务、向客户进行信息披露和适当性评估报告，以及以最有利于客户的条件执行订单等方面存在不当行为，违反了《2017年投资服务和活动及受监管市场法》。
CySEC补充道，该和解协议金额将被计入该国财政部收入，不构成CySEC收入。
上个月， NAGA Group与领先的在线交易平台CAPEX.com的战略合并受到了业界瞩目。两家公司将通过非现金增资的方式进行合并，预计将于2024年第二季度完成交易。
