12月27日，山东省聊城市中级人民法院对郭刚堂之子郭新振被拐案一审宣判：该院以拐卖儿童罪判处被告人呼富吉死刑，缓期二年执行，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产，对被告人呼富吉限制减刑；以拐卖儿童罪判处被告人唐立霞无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产；同时判令被告人呼富吉、唐立霞共同赔偿附带民事诉讼原告人损失人民币50余万元。
