4家药企被罚没逾12亿，专家：推动涉案药品从两千多元降至270元
近日，上海市市场监督管理局依据《中华人民共和国反垄断法》（以下简称《反垄断法》）相关规定，分别对上海上药第一生化药业有限公司（以下简称上药生化），以及武汉汇海医药有限公司（以下简称武汉汇海）、武汉科德医药有限公司（以下简称武汉科德）、湖北民康制药有限公司（以下简称民康制药）滥用中国注射用硫酸多黏菌素B市场上的支配地位，实施以不公平的高价销售制剂的行为进行了认定和处罚，罚没款合计12.19亿元。
这是在国家市场监管总局的指导下，由省级市场监管部门开展的一次重大反垄断执法行动，也是我国在医药等民生重点领域的又一个标志性反垄断执法成果，有力维护了民生福祉。本案涉及到产业链不同环节的多方当事人，其相互之间的关系复杂，认定的难度较大，反垄断执法机构在遵循《反垄断法》的基本框架和分析方法并在参考借鉴以往执法经验的基础上，在不少方面进行了新的探索，形成了不少的亮点，值得关注和总结。
