We are writing to inform you about an issue that occurred with account connectivity and has now been resolved.
It has come to our attention that a recent upgrade to MetaTrader 4 (MT4) by Madoc Software caused some trading accounts connected to FOLLOWME to temporarily lose connection. We are pleased to confirm the situation has now been rectified.
The recent active MT4 trading accounts have automatically reconnected to FOLLOWME. For any other MT4 accounts that may require reconnecting, users can manually re-establish the connection by following the steps with [My - Select the disconnected account - General - Synchronize the trading account password - Enter the account and password - Connect].
