2023年10月24日，塞浦路斯证券交易委员会（CySEC）宣布，其决定收回对塞浦路斯投资公司（CIF）VPR Safe Financial Group Ltd（牌照号为236/14）的授权暂停决定。VPR Safe Financial Group是零售经纪商Alvexo的交易运营商。
据CySEC称，VPR Safe Financial Group遵守了2017年《投资服务和活动以及受监管市场法》的多项规则和要求。
该运营商的外汇和差价合约牌照最初于2022年8月22日被CySEC暂停，原因是该公司或通过其捆绑代理France Safe Media涉嫌违规，该公司指定该代理在法国代表其行事。早在2021年3月的时候，VPR Safe Financial Group Ltd曾与CySEC达成了10万欧元的和解协议。
