这个很简单，首先第一浪是波浪循环的开始，既然是开始，那么前期必须下跌的，越是大的周期波浪，越要求前期下跌幅度和时间。
第二，前期下跌，现在开始上涨，只要上涨的时间满足对应波浪的级别，那么就可以认为第一浪已经走出来了。
第三，波浪的确定，任何一个波浪走出来之后，都需要下一个逆向波浪的确定，只要第二浪是下跌的，而目跌幅无论时间还是幅度都小于第一浪，那么第二浪就确定了第一浪的存在。
