建议耐心等待北京时间晚上2.00的利率决议 从而判断未来美联储的走向，如果不加息鹰派发言则黄金可能大幅度下跌，反之亦然，白天大概率继续震荡为主。
技术面分析，黄金k线再次跌破30但是其一直未能站稳1930之下并且形成小时图长下影但是一小时均线马上要节死叉所以技术指标和k线形态都比较纠结，出现矛盾，所以白天日内大概率持续宽幅震荡直到晚上美盘或者利率决议才有结果，但是主体方向建议偏空为主（非对称结构头肩顶），关键压力1938，关键支撑1929，1922。
