Salah seorang di broker FBS merasa kesal lantaran dirinya hanya menarik dana sebesar 10$ dari tanggal 13/09/2023 dari jam 22.00 WIB sampai tanggal 15/09/2023 jam 18.00 tidak kunjung masuk juga. Pengguna tersebut juga sudah menghubungi customer service 6x namun tetap sama jawabannya sabar yang tadinya 1x24 jam setelah itu 2x24 jam.
