Pelayanan Octa Dinilai Sangat Buruk!
Salah satu pengguna broker Octa merasa kesal lantaran sudah 4 hari tetapi masalah miliknya belum juga terselesaikan. Pengguna tersebut mengungkap bahwa broker OctaFx sangat tidak profesional dan ada indikasi menipu dimana uang withdraw yang dikatakan sudah ditransfer ke rekening nasabah nyatanya belum masuk ke rekening bank nasabah. Pihak OctaFX pun tidak bisa memberikan bukti transfernya ke nasabah seperti pengakuan dari CS yang selalu bilang sudah dikirimkan ke rekening nasabah.
