上周美联储主席鲍威尔表露适当时准备进一步加息后，美联储的鹰派立场迎来首次考验——两年和五年期两批美债标售。
美东时间8月28日周一美国财政部公布，完成规模450亿美元的两年期美国国债标售。虽然结果并非完全一致，但总体而言需求强劲，这次联储的立场经受住了考验。
本次标售的得标利率为5.024%，为2006年7月以来首次标售中标利率超过5%，较7月的前次标售利率4.823%高约20个基点，但还低于预发行利率5.028%。
在最近四次标售中，本次是第三次未出现截标利率高于预发行利率的所谓尾部。这是积极的信号，一旦出现尾部，则尾部越大，意味着财政部被迫所出售给竞标者的出价越低。
