IG bắt đầu mua lại cổ phần theo kế hoạch mới
Tập đoàn IG niêm yết tại London (LON: IGG) đã tuyên bố mua lại cổ phiếu phổ thông được niêm yết công khai theo kế hoạch mua lại mở rộng trị giá 250 triệu bảng Anh. Nhà môi giới đã tham gia vào các hướng dẫn không tùy ý với Morgan Stanley cho đợt đầu tiên lên tới 100 triệu bảng Anh và đưa ra các quyết định giao dịch độc lập với sự can thiệp của IG.
“Khoản đầu tiên sẽ có tổng giá trị thị trường tối đa là 100 triệu bảng Anh, sẽ bắt đầu vào ngày 2 tháng 8 năm 2023 và sẽ kết thúc vào hoặc trước ngày 12 tháng 12 năm 2023,” thông báo nêu rõ.
“Khoản đầu tiên sẽ có tổng giá trị thị trường tối đa là 100 triệu bảng Anh, sẽ bắt đầu vào ngày 2 tháng 8 năm 2023 và sẽ kết thúc vào hoặc trước ngày 12 tháng 12 năm 2023,” thông báo nêu rõ.
