1250 年左右，在法国图卢兹，为了筹集建造大坝所需的资金，磨坊主成立了一家公司“SOCIÉTÉ DES MOULINS DE BAZACLE”，将他们的积蓄委托给该公司，作为回报，他们收到了证明他们投资的公证文件。这些公证文件被称为UCHAUX。与现有有限公司的股份一样，它们可以匿名传递，因此运营大坝的三个公司的所有权很快就从磨坊主手中转移到了渴望良好投资的图卢兹资产阶级手中。
公司由96个UCHAUX组成，所有者有权转售，不受其他合伙人控制，也无优先购买权。这些石灰的交换价格根据经济状况、磨机运行的好坏而有所不同。每个股份的所有者，或称为“UCHAUX”的股份，从来磨小麦的农民存放的每袋小麦中获得十六分之一。1888年，水磨坊变成了水力发电厂。1910 年，它更名为“SOCIÉTÉ TOULOUSAINE D'ÉLECTRICITÉ DU BAZACLE”。与其他电力部门一样，它于 1946 年被国有化。
