Salah seorang pengguna di broker FBS mengungkapkan bahwa dirinya sudah menggunakan broker FBS sudah lama namun belakangan ini ia mengalami hal yang tidak menyenangkan lantaran ketika dirinya menset stop loss dan taking profit selalu tidak sesuai seperti USDJPY open posisi sell di 139.564 dan close di 138.764 dengan selisihnya 800 tetapi dirinya mengaku hanya dapat 577 padahal kalau loss terkadang stop lossnya berubah dari 200 menjadi 250 atau bahkan 300.
