外汇周一数据比较少，波动相对平常要小些。开盘前想好就算今天出现好的入仓点也不开单，目的是训练自己不要离盘面太近，每天盯着行情操作。没有那段行情是非要做到的，错过行情是很正常的事，离的太近就会懊悔从而产生报复情绪，在不符合开仓标准的情况频繁操作，导致频繁亏损。交易是整体的不要在乎一时的得失，把视野放大些，心态也会平常点，交易也会操着自然的方向发展
