今年1至5月，全省地方一般公共预算收入完成929.7亿元，剔除去年增值税留抵退税这一不可比因素后，增长5.4%。值得一提的是，全省增值税（地方级收入）快速增长，表明云南的工业生产恢复向好，消费需求扩大向好。
