周四，根据美国全国房地产经纪人协会（NAR）的数据，美国5月成屋销售总数年化430万户，预期425万户，前值428万户。5月成屋销售环比涨0.2%，预期为下跌0.7%，前值由下跌3.4%修正为下跌3.2%。5月成屋销售同比下降20.4%。
