Salah satu pengguna di broker MIFX merasa kesal karena spread yang ditawarkan oleh broker MIFX dianggap terlalu tinggi dan tidak kompetitif. Pengguna tersebut juga menghimbau para trader scalper untuk mencari broker lain atau menggunakan broker luar karena transaksi yang seharusnya terbuka pada 1990 justru terbuka pada 1995 lantaran spread terlalu lebar.
