在EX平台经常用建行银行卡进行转账，这两天被限制网上转账了，只能是柜台交易，ATM机都不行了，银行柜姐说是大数据监控到转账记录太多，要有合理的解释才能写上理由给上级批复才能解封，各位有什么办法支下招啊
