Salah seorang pengguna di broker MIFX mengaku bahwa dirinya telah mendapatkan sinyal dari MIFX yaitu buy untuk instrumen USDJPY dan pengguna tersebut langsung membuka chat, tidak sampai 5 menit dari signal tersebut ternyata harga malah turun hingga 200 point (20 pips) atau rugi sekitar $147. Pengguna tersebut juga mengungkapkan bahwa rata-rata sinyal yang diberikan oleh broker MIFX langsung loss atau rugi.
