Salah satu pengguna di broker FBS merasa kesal karena ia merasa bahwa semua layanan pelanggan broker FBS tidak kompeten dalam bekerja lantaran akun pengguna tersebut diblokir di MT5 meskipun masih memiliki saldo. Ketika pengguna tersebut meminta bantuan ke customer untuk menarik dana, pihak customer service memberitahu bahwa saldo pengguna tersebut 0, padahal pengguna telah melampirkan tangkapan layar akun dan saldo yang dimilikinya. Namun akun pengguna tersebut justru dikuras habis oleh broker FBS.
