Seorang pengguna di broker FBS merasa bahwa dirinya telah dicurangi oleh FBS. Menurutnya harga telah melewati take profit (TP) yang telah ditentukan, namun transaksi tidak dieksekusi pada aplikasi dan harga malah berbalik arah. Padahal seharusnya transaksi sudah berhenti di zona TP, tetapi kenyataannya transaksi tetap berjalan.
