通常找命理师看的基础都是八字，然后告诉你五行需要什么。
在这里整理了一个简单的公式，就是八字计分算强弱
身强则需克、泄、耗，身弱则需生、帮
例如水命身弱，那么需要五行金、水来均衡（喜用神也就是金和水）
水命身强，则需土、木、火（喜用神也就是火木土）
下图是八字分数图，以日元为中心，生和帮大于50分表示身强，小于则弱，相差不大为均衡
