近日，南宁三足鼎业企业管理咨询有限公司（以下简称三足鼎业公司）突然“爆雷”，今年3月，公司因涉嫌非法集资被公安机关依法查封，资金被冻结，400多名投资者在该公司的投资理财金无法追回。
据投资人雷女士介绍，2022年6月，朋友向她推荐三足鼎业公司的理财产品，她及家人投了23万元。“该公司称只要购买理财产品，投资者可在保本金的基础上，每月获3%的返利。”雷女士说，合作期限结束后，公司会归还投资者本金。
去年投资以来，雷女士及家人收到了本金加返利共9万余元，今年2月，雷女士又追加投入。4月1日，雷女士从该公司业务员口中得知公司资金被冻结，老板和法定代表人在3月被警方逮捕。 （南国早报）
