MT4盈利出金会不会认定为非法收入
外汇MT4只是一个交易软件平台。 你出入金也不是在这个软件的功能支持下完成的。
你开户出入金都是有经纪商的。你在哪个经纪商平台那里开户。哪个经纪商负责给你提供资金结算，划转业务。 至于你在所开户的平台进行盈利资金出金，一般都不会被认定为非法所得。
不过，由于国内对外汇管制较为严格，很多经纪商平台其实都不合格，或者说缺乏严格的监管，还是容易出些问题，尤其是你参与的金额比较大的话就可能出现你说的这个问题。
提现到账的时候，可能相关银行会让你说明资金情况。 如果说不明白就有可能被认定为非法收入。不过一般都可以说明白，也可以解决。
