中新经纬10月28日电 (王蕾)在经历单日狂涨逾千基点的“过山车行情”后，10月27日在岸人民币汇率在7.23左右水平波动。中银证券全球首席经济学家管涛在接受中新经纬专访时表示，当前人民币汇率处于合理均衡水平附近，容易受各种因素影响出现宽幅震荡，企业更应做好主业、强化汇率风险中性意识，控制好货币错配和汇率敞口。
管涛表示，在汇率中性的政策下，中国央行政策工具箱充裕，可以在增强人民币弹性的同时保持人民币汇率在合理均衡水平上的基本稳定。
“在中国外汇市场的牌桌上，中国央行手上有一手好牌。”管涛说，不过，中国央行汇率政策的透明度要分对象，对企业、对老百姓(603883)透明到一定程度是职责所在；但对于外汇投机者来讲，中国央行不会把所有底牌都摊开。
