新年的第一周，感觉这么不爽呢，一个CPI直接把我搞呕吐了。
经验总结来总结去，还是那么几条，自己咋就是管不住自己的手呢，懊恼。
1、重仓
2、不符合最新操作系统的，就管住手，不要操作
3、随意更改自己的止损位置，这样很容易导致亏损增大
4、在短时间内，连续操作失误后，应停下来；别上头胡乱操作，自乱阵脚
5、别轻易更改自己的操作系统，比如增加1分钟周期、增加品种
6、以后不跟单了，就按照自己的系统操作
