Chancellor of the Exchequer, Andrew Bailey announced that it was stepping down on recent plans on corporate taxes would be shelved in an attempt to reassure the markets.Bearing in mind, UK core inflation is at 6.3%, that made the Sterling tanked immediately. Its a situation where policy makers may feel they have control, but they are nevertheless no longer in control.
