做EXness代理大半年了，7月份收到平台邮件说我获得了忠诚礼物奖品资格，一部苹果手机，然后我一直等了两个月杳无音信。期间给在线客服，客服电话都联系过，统一的回复都是我们会给专员反馈您的问题，尽快和您联系。。。然后又继续没有消息。Exness这么大的平台这样管理的吗？有点不可理解，感觉很不重视客户和代理一样。有和我一样的情况的同学们吗？你们有没有收到礼物。@Exness集团
