当前房价走势有两种可能，
第一，疫情结束时，资本主义会打着生活正常越来越好的幌子。拉升一波房价，这个假拉升会让很多人追高，这些人中不乏有学者！之后会形成断崖式下跌，高处买进者，会被腰斩。房价进入下跌震荡盘整，直到台湾回归，才会开始下一阶段拉升。
第二，疫情反复肆虐，失业率增加，美元继续走牛，汇率跌破8的时候，房价会直接断崖式下跌。
