这次尝试了21天养成戒手机、专心致志的习惯，有效果，但没有完全达标。开始的几天执行的比较好，中间几天各种原因有点放松，后面又执行的好一些。这大概就是我这些年交易不理想的原因，不是交易太复杂，也不是交易系统太难，而是没有做到始终如一的执行。找到了原因，就稳定执行吧！
这几天看军演很过瘾，每一个岗位上的解放军肯定都是练了很多次，才能有稳定的发挥。向解放军学习，加强练习，稳定交易。
