走进欧元
欧元(EUR)是仅次于美元的第二大储备货币，同时也是欧元区大部分国家的官方货币。1969年欧洲货币联盟的构想已被提出，但直至1999年才开始施行单一货币欧元并将其引入全球金融市场，接着2002年欧元纸币和硬币才进入市面正式成为流通货币。欧元纸币的面值共有七种：5欧元、10欧元、20欧元、50欧元、100欧元、200欧元和500欧元。
欧元的建立是欧洲一体化进程的一部分，欧洲一体化旨在通过经济纽带建立欧洲共同体。欧盟寻求在共同体内部建立实现商品、服务、人员和资本的自由流动即四个自由原则的单一市场。现在欧盟成为了全球第二大经济体，拥有超5亿欧元的消费基础。与此同时，欧元也成为了全球第二大流通货币。因此，持有欧元将允许交易员拥有欧盟市场的风险敞口并享有欧元的高流动性。
