BoE giữ nguyên dự báo tăng trưởng cho năm nay ở mức 3,75% nhưng đã cắt giảm dự báo năm 2023 xuống -0,25% từ 1,25% và hiện dự báo tăng trưởng năm 2024 là 0,25% từ 1,0%.
Nhận xét về phản ứng của thị trường, Capital Markets lưu ý rằng “sự yếu kém của triển vọng tăng trưởng có nghĩa là triển vọng lạm phát cũng khá yếu… Các thị trường đã đúng khi lùi lại một bước”.
