5月5日，交易的太失败了。虽然今天总体没有亏损，盈利了两三百美元，但是自己的心态太差劲了。
第一错，昨天的1888空单，到了1881，浮盈350美元没有平仓，随后金价强势拉升至1903，这期间一路加仓，最终在1900止损1000美元。
第二错，如果不止损，下午金价回落至1889,还能盈利。
第三错，晚间在1905做空，结果在1902就平了，最终金价跌到1878.
第四错，重仓做空原油，结果在110.5就平仓了，最终原油跌至107.9.
终归是心态不行，不能承受反弹或回调的波动。
