《交易心理分析》一书中提到的良好的心态是一种结果，具备这种心态才能在交易中长期稳定盈利。如何具备这种心态或者说到达这样的境界？
第一，对行情的认知要正确，必须要完全接受行情是无法准确分析预测的，不管用什么方法总会有错的时候，甚至还经常出错。
第二，找到行情的运动规律并找到使用这个规律赚钱的方法。
第三，看不懂的时候不进场，看不懂的时候先离开。
第四，保住本钱就有机会（一定要有止损保护本钱）；保住盈利，不能让盈利的单子最后变成亏损。
