中国是否应该取消外汇管制?
当前不应该，
依然是根据蒙代尔《三角定律》：货币政策独立性、稳定的汇率与资本自由流动三者不可兼得。汇率相对稳定是每个国家的目标之一，那么就意味着独立的货币政策和资本自由流动二者只能取其一。在过去十多年我们国家综合国力高速发展，中国成为全球具有极强影响力的几个国家之一。
但是与此同时，我们 高速发展的经济等也让部分国家眼红和忧患。尤其是美国为代表的西方列强对我们国家更是虎视眈眈。美国霸权主义下，欧洲围剿俄罗斯，亚洲针对中国。乌俄这次战争一定程度上暴露出俄罗斯的乏力，而这些美国都是心知肚明的。
乌俄战争还没结束，米国早已经开始布局亚洲市场了。周末米国议会成员高调访台就是信号。当前就是米国不断在掀桌子，中国就是在摁桌子。·我们或许是有所顾虑，也可能是争取发展时间争取战则必胜。但不管如何我们当下是需要做好应对措施的。其中一点就是防止金融制裁。
为防止金融制裁或者金融干预我国经济发展，预计未来至少五年内我们国家不会更改当前货币政策对立性
的基本政策，也就不会取消外汇管制。
