自2月24日以来,该平台岀现故障问题以来,后续也是频频发生问题,客户在该平台交易,在2月24日因平台故障致损较大,期间也一直与平台积极沟通,每次咨询平台客服回复都是请稍耐心等待,客户也怀着相信平台会给客户一个公平合理答复并予处理解决。3月9平台无后无任何邮件通知,只给客户赔偿7千多美金算是比次损失,只能这些顶算个损失的小零头,客户为了解情况询问客服相关情况时,客服回答不一,有的说有帮你提交申诉并在加急催促,有的说己在处理中,而且有的客服还存在素质较差。exenss对自身出现问题时,不积极不负责任处理方式,推卸责任给客户,在让客户受损的同时,还让客户心寒,加之有你们有这样的客服团队,试问有谁愿意去该平台交易,平台终将会走衰亡死亡。 @小秘书 @Exness集团 @交易商侦查员
