银行卡转账异常怎么办？求助
请教一下，周二在IC平台提款1595美金，人民币是9976元，这两天到帐后没动，今晚想转账出去发现转不了，微信，支付宝绑定的都转不出去，提示银行卡转账异常，请找银行客服处理。请问下，各位朋友有遇到这情况的吗，去到银行该怎么解决呀？我怕说不清这个来源怎么办好？求助求助…
