Tâm lý rủi ro mới xuất hiện sau khi tờ Bưu điện Washington (WaPo) đưa tin hôm thứ Hai, Belarus có khả năng tham gia cuộc xâm lược Ukraine của Nga.
Theo báo cáo của WaPo, Belarus đang chuẩn bị gửi binh sĩ tới Ukraine để hỗ trợ cuộc xâm lược của Nga trong một đợt triển khai có thể bắt đầu vào thứ Hai, theo WaPo, dẫn lời một quan chức chính quyền Mỹ.
Điều này diễn ra khi Tổng thống Mỹ Joe Biden dự kiến sẽ gặp NATO, EU, Vương quốc Anh vào thứ Hai.
