标普全球和IHS Markit将在合并前出售子公司
近日，标普全球和IHS Markit宣布已经达成协议，出售其子公司，以赢得监管机构对标普收购IHS的批准。
标普全球计划以440亿美元收购IHS Markit，其中包括48亿美元的净债务。但这项收购所附带的反垄断要求两家公司出售其子公司。
因此，标普全球计划将其证券数据解决方案供应商CUSIP Global Services (CGS)以19.3亿美元的价格出售给金融数据服务商FactSet。与此同时，IHS打算以2.95亿美元的价格将其Base Chemicals业务出售给News集团。
IHS和标普全球表示，他们预计合并后的公司将通过出售业务部门获得约13亿美元的净销售收入，出售仍有待反垄断监管机构的进一步审查和批准。
标普全球还承诺出售旗下的Leveraged Commentary和Data业务，以及相关的一系列杠杆贷款指数。
