惠州亿纬锂能股份有限公司（300014，下称亿纬锂能）近期宣布以5.7折的定向发行价向业绩达标的员工执行股权激励。受该消息影响，亿纬锂能股价再创新高，市值突破2500亿。该计划的推出也引来了深交所的关注函，要求公司对股票激励计划的合理性进行说明。
亿纬锂能成立于2001年，2009年在深圳创业板首批上市，是中国最大、世界第五的高能锂一次电池供应商。公司主营业务是锂原电池和锂离子电池的研发、生产、销售，也以客户需求为导向提供锂电池相关的配套产品和服务。截至目前，亿纬锂能总市值达2533.57亿元。
