其实我们每个人在这个世界很孤单，拿着手机天天看着很多人来人往，但是没有一个可以谈心说话的人，跟别人说怕嘲笑，难得有机会遇到一个爱自己的人，就当成救命稻草 ，那个人一旦不爱我了，就心生郁闷伤心难过。其实回头看看，我们自己不够爱自己，其实这个身体也不是你的也不是我的，总有一天我们会远去也带不走，他只是我们我们在这个世界上路过寄存的一个房子，我们的灵魂才不会四处飘荡。所以我们要让自己的心静下来，我们要好好的爱自己，感谢自己，爱我的眼睛，我的耳朵，鼻子，手，脚………请闭着眼睛跟自己说一句：我爱你-只有好好的爱自己，才有能力爱家人，爱父母，爱他人，爱这个美好的世界………当我们的内心充满了爱，我们的生命原来如此的美好。
