FSCS敦促AFX Markets客户提交赔偿要求
在进入特别管理程序2年后，破产的外汇和差价合约经纪商AFX Markets的客户已被要求提交赔偿要求。
周二发布的一份官方声明称：“FSCS现在开放了AFX Markets Ltd客户的索赔通道。”
英国金融服务补偿计划（FSCS）进一步阐明，只有AFX Markets Ltd的客户才有资格获得补偿，管理部门将决定客户的资格。
此外，AFX Markets客户可以向管理员提供有效的文件，证明他们是AFX Markets的客户。
受FCA监管的AFX Markets和受CySEC监管的AFX Capital Markets是同一集团的两家子公司，在两国监管机构吊销执照后，这两家公司不得不停止经营活动。
FCA很快发现这家经纪公司的财务状况非常糟糕，其客户的资金缺口超过730万英镑。此外，CySEC还指出，经纪公司的客户资金存在赤字。
然而，根据FSCS的规定，只有AFX Markets旗下的英国客户才有资格获得赔偿。
