澳金融投诉管理局公布21财年投资者投诉报告
澳大利亚金融投诉管理局(AFCA)公布了其从2020年7月1日至2021年6月30日期间收到的澳大利亚投资者申诉的年度评估。AFCA共受理3888起有关投资咨询投诉，占受理投诉总数的6%。
根据AFCA的统计，针对金融公司的举报件数为748起，而针对外汇交易商的举报件数为572起，针对衍生品交易商的举报件数为469起。
股票、外汇和差价合约(CFD)是投诉最多的产品，分别收到950、431和417起投诉。
AFCA表示：“虽然我们看到加密货币纠纷的数量比前几年有所增加，但这一数字在投资和建议纠纷中仍占很小比例。”
截至本财年年底，该机构已处理了3465起投资和咨询投诉。在已完成的投诉中，33%在登记和转介层级得到解决，27%在案件管理层级得到解决，而只有13%的投诉进入裁决程序。
此外，该机构强调，有一半的投诉在90天内得到解决并结束。然而，平均耗时为114天。
与此同时，比利时金融市场监管机构FSMA最近披露，2021年上半年，消费者就金融产品和服务的欺诈和非法提供提出了1087个问题和报告，同比增长60%。
