ASIC宣布取消Pure Strategy的AFS许可证
澳大利亚证券及投资委员会(ASIC)周一宣布取消Pure Strategy Pty Ltd (Pure Strategy)的澳大利亚金融服务(AFS)许可证。
在官方声明中，ASIC表示，Pure Strategy最近被取消AFS许可证的原因是该公司未能履行其一般义务。ASIC强调，Pure Strategy有权要求对最近的决定进行审查。
本月早些时候，ASIC发布了一份关于2020年7月至2021年6月期间的许可活动的报告。在上述期间，ASIC颁发了339个新的澳大利亚金融服务(AFS)许可证和119个新的信贷许可证。自2020年初以来，AFS许可证的需求显著增加。
在最近的新闻稿中，ASIC提到Pure Strategy未能遵守几个许可条件。该公司自2011年以来一直持有AFS许可证（(许可证编号403524）。
